Whole 9" Washington Orchard Apple Pie I grew up on an organic farm in WA State with many different varieties of apples in our orchard. This pie captures the flavors of the best apples and wraps them in a buttery homemade crust.

SPICED PEAR [whole]
Spiced Pear with Thyme Butter Crust Pears also grew in our orchard and are still one of my favorites in any form: poached, dried, fresh.. One thing I love is how versatile they are. This combination brings out there sultry side, the juice combining perfectly with the butter and thyme. This pie is the perfect complement to Thanksgiving dinner and goes well with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream.

BLACKBERRY APPLE [mini pie]
4" mini pie Blackberry Apple Pie wrapped in Rosemary Crust In Western Washington, blackberries grow wild. In my family it was tradition to pick them fresh and eat them with a meal. This pie honors my love of the orchard I grew up on and the apples that grew there along with the wild blackberries. Tastes like traditional apple pie with a subtle hint of rosemary and slight sweetness of the blackberry. One of my most loved pies to date.
